1. Title Slide

  • Title of Seminar (centered, bold, large font)

  • Name of Student

  • Roll Number / Class / Department

  • Institution Name

  • Date

2. Agenda / Outline Slide

  • Heading: Agenda or Outline

  • Bullet points listing the main sections of the seminar (e.g., Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Conclusion).

3. Content Slides

Use consistent formatting for each section:

  • Heading (bold, 18–20pt font)

  • Bullet Points (short, clear statements)

  • Diagram / Table / Image (inserted and labeled properly)

  • Maintain white space for readability.

4. Case Study / Example Slide

  • Heading: Case Study / Example

  • A short description in bullet points.

  • Add a figure or chart if relevant.

5. Conclusion Slide

  • Heading: Conclusion

  • Summarize key findings in 3–4 bullet points.

  • End with a strong statement (e.g., “Electrical Engineering innovations drive sustainable growth”).

6. References Slide

  • Heading: References

  • List books, articles, or websites in proper format (APA/IEEE style).

Formatting Rules

  • Font: Calibri or Arial, 18–24pt for headings, 14–18pt for body text.

  • Colors: Use 2–3 consistent colors (e.g., blue for headings, black for text).

  • Alignment: Center for titles, left-align for content.

  • Page Layout: Landscape orientation, margins 1 inch.

  • Consistency: Same style across all slides.
